Please any pedicure help?

i have a 2 years baby.she very smart always running and jumping.yesterday she jump and fall sofa to carpet.may be she get little heart in her back head.today morning i saw she have a little fiver and cold.and blleding some blood in her nose.is normal like for cold or she get heart her head that reason.thanks for healping me.Please any pedicure help?
blood could be sign of concussion take to doctor nowPlease any pedicure help?
