Will pool destroy pedicure?

I've never had a pedicure/manicure before done at a salon. I'm thinking of getting one, but with my water polo season beginning Monday, I'm afraid the pool/chlorine will ruin it. I'd like it to last longer than a few days. How long will it last considering my daily time spent in the water?

Thank you

also, what is an expected price just to get the toenails painted? Will pool destroy pedicure?
it will fade REALLY easy.

dont go and spend 10-30 and have it fade two days later.

not worth it.Will pool destroy pedicure?
the chlorine is not what kills a pedicure. it's your toenails scraping concrete that really mess it up. if you get one, make sure to take note of the color they use and try to buy it at the salon or find it somewhere else so you can do touch-ups if necessary.

I don't know where you live, but around here (dayton, oh) a full service spa pedicure only costs about $35 after tax and tip, depending on where you go.

good luck, babe. I hope this helps!
the bleach will ruin it, just paint them yourself :]

and re-do it after you go swimming, it's not that hard to do it yourself.
most likely. chlorine is bleach, and bleach is alcohol, and alcohol is in many nail polish removers.

Well I got a manicure and my fingernails were fine after swimming for two weeks straight
