Pedicure hurts what should i do?

i jus got a pedicure a week back..my nail is all fine but my big toe has turned black from the side...i dont think so its fungus or anything..but then y is it turning black.....need helpPedicure hurts what should i do?
It sounds like you have bruising underneath the nail. If your nail is turning black from a pedicure than the only thing I can imagine it being is a fungus. I really don't think you got that from getting your toes painted...





Does it hurt when you touch the black spot or is it constantly throbbing/hurting? If it only hurts when you touch the spot it is black, it is most likely a bruise. If it hurts constantly, you should see a health care professional immediately.Pedicure hurts what should i do?
you can pick up a lot of fungus/bacteria and bad stuff from pedis.

My friend from couple years back had that too. She had to get surgery. Her nail was growing INTO HER SKIN and geting a petti only made it worse. Check it out at the docs. It might be seriouse.


OR maybe you smashed it against something without knowing and now its bruised.

Is it bruised? Perhaps the person performing this procedure was too rough?
That is not normal. You should go see you doctor a.s.a.p.

maybe you got infected from a dirty tool. be careful and call your doctor. You never know!!
