i have a tattoo on the top of my foot as well. you should definitely wait until it is completely healed, all scabbed over and peeled off.
but, more importantly you should never get any services done in an establishment that makes you worry about you health...Just got a tattoo on top of my foot. when can i go for a pedicure again?
