i have a foot spa thing


and materials to do a pedicure


but is there any site


that can help you out


my feet arent too bad


but i just want to relax my feet


and get a little pedicure

TO do an at home pedi you need:





your foot bath


polish remover and cotton


toenail clippers and nail file


cuticle pusher


foot soak(soap)


an exfoliant and foot file


and a moisturizer





here are the steps:


soak feet for 5 min or more


remove polish


cut and shape nails


clean under nails


push back cuticles(while one foot is being done leave the other to soak)


repeat steps on other foot


use exfoliant and foot file on the rough parts of your feet and rinse in the water


dry feet and apply moistureizer


remove residue from nails with polish remover(if you don't do this step the polish will not stay on)
